Where does she get those curls?

Anyone who meets Molly Blue always asks that question.WEll...we usually tell them it comes from her fathers side. Mikes half Armenian and that may have something to do with it but after today I reminded myself that..."oh yeah! I have curly hair too!"

My hair has defiantly changed over the years! It gets curlier on the bottom and straighter on the top with each baby I have! today was defiantly a good curl day! I for sure don't have that wash and wear kind of hair I'd like. I HAVE to either blow dry it straight or wear it like this!

Here is what I use to help get this Molly blue look...

Products make all the difference! What products do you use in your hair to either get body, curls, or help get a straight look?

So pretty! I have always wanted curly hair, and tried over and over to get that look, unless I am in 100% humidity, mine usually ends up looking like a rats nest! I would definitely say Molly gets it from you, Mike hair is as straight as it comes! You should wear you hair like that more often, it looks beautimous!

My fav's are as follows:
Straight:
#1 is start with frizz-ease serum
#2 is to use my awesome CHI hairdryer.. well worth the $
#3 use my SEDU straightener.. best thing I ever bought.
#4 finishing spray from Alterna. Awesome, in a purple bottle.

Curly:
#1 Again with the frizz-ease
#2 curl product from AVEDA
#3 awesome hairdryer and diffuser
$4 sometimes I go back through with a curling iron to give definition.
I can't quite do the cute curl with my hair so short. It just isn't the same as longer, curly hair.
Fun post Rebecca.

It sounds like you and I have the same hair friend ;o) I have to either do it curly, or do it straight. I can't just leave it and have it look good either way! One thing I have found is the hair cut makes ALL the difference! My hair is like yours, straight on the top, VERY CURLY on the bottom! So I have a layered cut right now that really helps when I do it curly! Because my straightest hair is the shortest, it's easier to manipulate. I just use mousse for mine and then a diffuser, but it works really well. I usually have to pull up the sides though like you did in your pic. For my straight hair I just use smooth and sleek shampoo and then blowdry it with a round brush and then follow up with a flat iron. Fun post! :o)
