We did it!!!!
What a weekend!!!It started off horribly with Boo calling me just as we are leaving the air port after we land telling me she's in labor! I cried the rest of the way to Provo and have never felt farther away! I was so sad I was missing it!
Anyway... Long story short!!!! WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOME!!!!! It was just like I imagined it! WE walked in and just knew it was the perfect home for us! The best part was that Mike felt the exact same way! I was always afraid that I would fall in love with something and he wouldn't be convinced! Not in this case!
So here are some details... It's in the very southern tip of West Jordan bordering South Jordan. It's going to be a perfect commute to down town! It's tucked into a neighborhood with no worries that the little ones will walk out onto a busy street! It's one house away from a great open field with a park and covered picnic area!!!!The park was such a bonus!!!
It sits on 1/3 of an acre with an amazing back yard that I am kicking myself for not taking a picture of! 5 bed 3 bath fully finished basement!
The main floor has hardwoods and designer carpet with designs and embossment in it. The kitchen to some may look funny but it is sooooo me! It has a different stain and glazing treatment. It looks much cooler in person! It works with the house and the rest of it's charm. And I am in love with my light fixture in the dinning room!
The playroom has that adorable mural painting that works so great and that closet will house all the toys and games and it will be easy to organize! The common area in the basement is long and has great high traffic carpet but not in my favorite color or pattern but it will hold up for years to come. The bar has a fridge and storage. There are two rooms down stairs...The playroom and a big guest room so I expect guests!!!! And the bath room with the cool dresser sink is down stairs! There is another room with no windows that I plan on making my craft headquarters!!!! FINALLY!!! A real place of my own!!!
I really am on cloud 9! The process went fast and we were ready to rent but yesterday we fell in love with our home sweet home! We have been praying that we would be lead to the home that was meant to be ours and I feel like my prayers have been answered! I can't wait to get in there and make it our own. The charm and details in this house already feel like my style and quality. It's better then I could have imagines!
We close escrow the end of July so I have my fingers crossed that the inspection all goes through without a hitch!
I have to give a huge thanks to our family Josh and Tiffany who let us stay with htem this weekend and helped with the girls. WE were all sick and that was a huge sacrifice they made by letting us stay with them!!!We love you guys! And thanks mom for hooking us up on the flights! You rock!!!!
Michelle... Totally fell in love with Tai Pan! We live off the same street so you know I'm all over it!

We're off....
no! not to the hospital for baby but for Utah! WE decided to take a last minute trip out there this weekend to go see what we are getting ourselves into. We are hoping to narrow down the areas we like. We'll fly out tonight and come home Tuesday! Of course I was super excited and got no sleep last night! I didn't help that we had both girls in our bed at one point in time during the night! Wish us luck!!!
I think we are figuring out the possible culprit to our families being sick all the time. My neighbor and I were talking about it yesterday and we are certain our apartments are contaminated with mold. Looking at the history , our kids always have a runny noes or ear infection or yucky tummy's. These are symptoms of mold exposer. I know we have had a leak for who knows how long and my place has a constant smell of mildew. My neighbor has visible mold on her windows and she had to toss two suitcases because they were moldy after being stored under a bed. I really think this is the reason why. Macy was never sick for 2 years then shortly after we moved here that's when I can trace the sicknesses starting. HUMMM!!! I think we'll bring it up to the landlord and ask the place to be tested. I know they have to if it is effecting our health. My neighbor is having her daughter tested. We'll see...
Ok girls... just wanted to check in! have a great weekend!

The official "let's get baby out" Day...
We have been working feverishly to try to get Boo to go into labor all day. If all our attempt don't work the amount of laughter has to be helping. We have tried everything. She was running laps in my living room, I was rubbing her ankles and she ate the famous " labor " salad for lunch! She jumped roped and is getting adjusted tonight by a chiropractor!! We'll see if all our hard work pays off soon enough I hope! She is considering the castor oil thing tomorrow. YUCK!!! Any tips girls? Honestly we were all dying watching her do all this!

Last Night we went to the in lawsa nd hung out with Mikes cousin from ID. We adore Alexa!!!She is so stinkin adorable! She has been living in Boston and was "on her way home to ID and stopped by! I know... quite the detour but heck , we're worth it right!!!

I can do it too...
Now that I figured out how Sarah M. made my cute banner I gave it a try on my family blog. I'm still learning and very limited in my skills but I like how it turned out. Check it out here
